DETAIL: A striking portrait by Scottish artist Ewan Walker. Walker studied at the Glasgow School Of Arts in the 1920’s. His father was also an artist (Robert Mcallister Walker 1875-1935) who is recorded as living at the house ‘Bramall’ in Bothwell Scotland – labelled verso – in the early part of the 20th Century.
