DETAIL: Studied at Liverpool City School of Art, 1924-30, and in Sussex under George Graham. Became a member of theSociety of Sussex Painters in 1938. Exhibited at RA. NEAC, RBA, with the AEB, Arts Council, Roland, Browse & Delbanco and at the New Grafton Gallery. From the early 1950s Warden concentrated on oils, and regular stays at Agalier, in the Avignon area of France lightening his palette.
