DETAIL: Born in Norrkoping Sweden, he studied at Gottfrid Larsson and Edward Berggrens painting school in Stockholm from 1929-1931 – after which he spent time in Maison Watteau Paris. The journey contined to Spain and Mallorca which he combined with a short visit to German, Holland and Belgium painting. He returned to the Balearic Islands ( Mallorca and Ibiza) in the spring of 1952. He later returned to his homeland of Sweden exhibiting with the Ostgota Art Society and the Swedish Art Societies collective exhibitions.
