DETAIL: Born in 1965 in Kent, this British Artist, Clive Head gained prominence in the 1990’s for his hyper-real urban landscapes. His artwork has been exhibited at galleries and art fairs across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Asia. Head studied visual art at the University College of Wales, Lancaster and Aberystwyth. He is known for producing urban realist paintings and in 2005, Head began to make ever more complex paintings founded on his own experiments with spatial mathematics. He showed widely from 1985, in 1991 shared a three-man exhibition at Woodlands Art Gallery, with solo shows at Blains Fine Art, 1999 and 2001. His work has been exhibited at galleries and art fairs across the United Kingdom, United States, Europe and Asia and features in notable private and public collections worldwide.
