DETAIL: Fuller came to St Ives Cornwall from Fife in Scotland in the early 1890’s and in his paint engaged with the many moods of the sea, often in an impressionist manner. He lived at Lelant and exhibited at the Royal Academy London and locally at the Newlyn Art Gallery and in the St Ives Summer Shows during the period 1910-1920’s.
