DETAIL: Painter and engraver of landscapes and interior scenes. Robinson lived in West Hampstead NW11 London and later worked out of Temple Fortune Studios in NW11. He exhibited at the New English Arts Club (NEAC) from 1923 through to 1962 and at the Royal Academy (RA) from 1920-1968. This painting was likely the 1931 work at the RA entitled such – perhaps resubmitted post ware in 1950 as labelled verso handled by James Bourlet London.
