DETAIL: Frans was born in Belgium in 1958, he later moved to Northern France painting scenes along the Northern coast and the beaches of Belgium. He paints almost exclusively the promenades and people in a calm warm and romantic almost Belle Époque style in locations such as Dieppe, Deauville and into Belgium at Knokke and Zoute.
